Fenway Bark has always strived to be transparent in its operations. As a small business we have grown organically to have almost 3000 Facebook followers and even more blog followers through communication, trust, and being of service to the community, like health alerts that help all dog owners keep their dogs safer.
Other players in the dog care space in Boston may be able to commercially purchase 3000 Facebook "Likes" at a pop (who knew you could do such a thing until that number changes overnight?), enter false Yelp reviews on our site, stack their own Yelp reviews, and more but at the end of the day, if Fenway Bark get reviews like Tucker's (video) below, we are doing something right and that is what we should care about in the end. Our job is to make our customers happy and we strive to do that in a very genuine way every day so that we earn each positive review and "like" we get. If we can't earn it organically, then I would wonder what we are doing that isn't earning the votes of confidence.
Please continue to take videos of the moment when your dog realizes they are going to Fenway Bark and send it to us! We love the videos and everyone is enjoying watching them and talking about them. We particularly like the moments in this video where Tuck Tuck turns around as if to say to family "would you people get moving, I need to get into Fenway Bark!"
We will be celebrating Tucker's first birthday at the K9 Klatch on Saturday at 12 pm! Happy Birthday Tuck Tuck! We will commence the belly rubbing on Saturday!
