Fenway Bark is delighted to share with you that the Zoning Board of Appeals has unanimously approved our zoning appeal for off street parking in front of our building at 553 E. First Street, South Boston. Now that the zoning board has unanimously approved both the change of use to a dog hotel and the parking for our patrons and employees, we can begin the process of moving forward and getting this business open and ready for our valued clients!
Thank you to the literally thousands of people who have sent messages of
support, helped get the word out, and were the voice of reason in South
Boston. We have begun to take reservations for daycare through those
who have called us proactively and we are approximately 1/2 full for
daycare and every dog is from Southie! Please share this site with your
dog loving friends in the Boston area and New England. Thanks for
helping a gal seek out a dream in a difficult economy!

ReplyDeleteIt was great to have the Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously confirm for a second time what we've always known to be true. I hope that the opposition will now focus on running their own businesses, and give up on trying to stop a competitive business from opening in the area. Competition is American as apple pie. It keeps you on your toes, and ultimately makes you stronger. Choice is good for everyone, and Fenway Bark will be a nice place for all, offering new services and more options for the pet owning community. It's a good thing.
