Spreading the Word

With the closure of a long standing Boston doggie daycare facility on 3/12/12 in the South End, your friends, coworkers and family may be urgently searching for a new doggie daycare for their pet.  If they mention your name as a referral when they become a client, we provide a thank you gift to you to show you our appreciation for taking the time to make your recommendation.

As the market changes, we also appreciate any kind words you can offer to others who may be seeking pet care in the market by adding a review to Google Places or Yelp.  Unfortunately, review site postings, not just ours, tend to be generated by extremists, curmudgeons, competitors, and people with a lot of time on their hands.  They, unfortunately, tend not to be populated by busy people who are genuinely happy.  Our asking you to post your genuine reviews is an attempt to balance that scenario.  Thank you, in advance, for any help you can offer to continue to get the word out for our "little engine that could".

Unlike some players in the Boston market, we don't have deep corporate pockets to advertise or buy positions in the market (e.g., Facebook likes - see below).  What we do have is a lot of heart, a genuine desire to provide the very best possible care for your pet, and a passionate desire to provide exceptional customer service every day.  We don't always get it right but we are willing to listen and improve when we get it wrong.  Please keep providing us with feedback if there are areas where we can improve. Likewise, if we are doing something exceptionally well or I have an employee that has gone above and beyond, please let me know.  I want to make sure we recognize great contributions to the Fenway Bark community.

Have a great day!

Jane
